Return Guarantee for Wholesale Distributors of Coral Club

  • packaging, factory seals, labeling, and full set of components are intact and undamaged;
  • the recommended period of use of the product has not expired;
  • the product was purchased for demonstration or informational activity and not for resale;
  • the return is initiated by an official Coral Club partner registered in Spain, with confirmation of the purpose of purchase.

Restrictions and Legal Basis:

According to the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Cyprus 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), adopted in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not subject to return, including:

  • food supplements, vitamins, hygiene products, and cosmetics after opening;
  • products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

Coral Club reserves the right to refuse a return if signs of use, improper storage, or resale are identified.
