If you have purchased Coral Club products online, by phone, or through any other distance selling method within the territory of the Republic of Cyprus, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

This right is guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Cyprus 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), which implements the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights within the European Union and regulates distance contracts as well as contracts concluded outside business premises.

Extended Return Right by Coral Club

Coral Club strives not only for legal compliance but also to create the most comfortable conditions for our consumers. Therefore, in addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we voluntarily extend the return period to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

You may return the products without providing any reason, provided that the return conditions are met (product integrity, original packaging, and supporting documents). This is another step by Coral Club toward trust, transparency, and respect for every consumer.
