We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard bank cards.

Payment procedure:

1. When placing an order, select the payment method “Bank Card”.
2. On the secure payment page, enter your bank card details (card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC code, and the cardholder’s first and last name) and confirm the payment by clicking “Pay”.
3. In accordance with the European Directive on payment services (EU Directive 2015/2366 (PSD2)), additional authentication using the 3-D Secure procedure may be required. In this case, you may be redirected to your bank’s website to enter a security code confirming your identity.

Your payment data is processed exclusively for the purpose of performing the sales contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For payment processing, an external payment service provider may be involved, which processes the data in encrypted form and does not use it for its own purposes.

If the payment has not been confirmed, please contact the bank that issued your card or verify that the additional authentication procedure (e.g. 3-D Secure) has been completed correctly.
