Coral Club complies with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, in particular the Consumer Rights Law 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), adopted in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which regulates the consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract and return goods.

At the same time, the company strives to provide its customers with an additional level of service and comfort. Therefore, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, Coral Club voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

In the event of an incorrect product selection, the return shall be carried out at the buyer’s expense, provided that the buyer was informed of this prior to the conclusion of the contract.

You may exchange the purchased product for:

• a similar product;
• any other product from the Coral Club assortment with price recalculation:
  • if the new product is more expensive, you pay the difference;
  • if the new product is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded using the same method of payment that was used when placing the order, or — by agreement with the customer — by transferring bonus points to the personal Coral Wallet account in the user’s personal cabinet within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt at the warehouse and inspection of the returned goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Law of the Republic of Cyprus 2013 (Law 133(I)/2013), adopted in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
