Self-collection is available at the company office in Nicosia. Orders are handed over during working hours, but not earlier than 2 hours after the order has been placed.

Office opening hours in Nicosia:

• Monday – Friday: 09:00–18:00
• Saturday – Sunday: closed

To arrange self-collection, the order must be paid online on the website. An order that has been placed but not paid for will be automatically cancelled after 5 days.

The storage period for an order at the sales office from the moment it is placed is 3 days.
